What We’re Looking For:

• Experienced Professionals: 3-5 years of proven success in dental school admissions, with a strong record of guiding students through the dental school application process. Experience in 1:1 advising and coaching is essential.

• In-Depth Knowledge: Expertise in U.S. dental schools, current admissions trends, and key aspects of the dental school application process, including the ADEA AADSAS, DAT strategies, and interview preparation.

• Passionate Educators: A deep commitment to empowering students, building their confidence, and helping them achieve their dream of attending dental school.

• Exceptional Communicators: Skilled in engaging with students and their families with clarity, precision, and professionalism.

• Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Google Suite, Zoom, and online scheduling tools, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.

• Dedicated Mentors: Willingness to commit to at least one semester, with a readiness to pass a background check.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Guide students through career exploration, academic course selection, standardized testing, and the development of a tailored dental school list.

• Application Management: Oversee the entire dental school application process, from maximizing the chances of acceptance to meeting deadlines and assisting with the preparation of compelling personal statements.

• Effective Communication: Maintain clear and supportive communication with students, parents, and guardians throughout the admissions process to ensure they feel confident and well-prepared.
