Role / Responsibilities: As a Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in effectively matching and assigning students and tutors.

 Your responsibilities include:

• Understanding the academic needs of each student.

• Effectively matching and assigning students and tutors according to subject matter expertise and learning preferences.

• Building strong relationships with tutors and understanding their respective teaching strengths. 

• Managing tutor schedules and ensuring timely delivery of tutoring sessions.

• Providing ongoing support and communication to both tutors and students.

• Implementing strategies to enhance the overall tutoring experience for students.

Experience / Skills: 

• K-12 Education Experience, in teaching, counseling, or tutoring capacity.

• Strong and positive communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Effective organizational skills. 

• Compassion for student success in their academic journey. 

• Technology Proficiency: Tech Savvy, Google Workspace, Zoom, and scheduling software (preferred)

Compensation:

• PT Hourly Rate: $20 per hour + Bonus
