Novastar Prep is seeking a motivated and results-driven School Partnerships Coordinator to build and manage partnerships with schools. In this role, you will work to establish collaborations that bring our premier tutoring services and mock tests directly to students in their schools.

What You'll Do:

• Develop Partnerships: Identify and build relationships with schools to introduce and integrate our tutoring services and mock tests into their programs.
• Present Our Services: Communicate the benefits of our services to school administrators, educators, and decision-makers.
• Manage Accounts: Oversee the implementation of partnerships, ensuring successful integration and ongoing satisfaction.
• Drive Engagement: Organize and promote mock tests and other services, ensuring high participation rates.
• Track Progress: Monitor the success of partnerships and provide feedback to improve our offerings and service delivery.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Proven track record in building and managing partnerships, preferably in an educational or service-oriented field.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with schools in Northern Virginia and an understanding of their unique needs and opportunities (preferred).
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Commitment: Passion for education and dedication to building strong, mutually beneficial relationships.
