Sales- Director of School Partnerships K-12

Role / Responsibilities: As a Director of School Partnerships, you will be the vital link between schools and Novastar Prep

 Your role includes:

  • Building partnerships with public and private schools nationally.

  • Evaluating schools needs to offer customized educational programs: Before/After-School Programs, STEM, STEAM, SAT/ACT Prep, College Readiness, One-on-One and Small Group tutoring, and other enrichment programs.

  • Supporting the planning, organization, and execution of educational programs.

  • In-person marketing by attending school events and conferences.

  • Managing and executing ongoing and new marketing initiatives.

  • Presenting Novastar’s customized programs to decision makers and managing relationships.

Experience / Skills: 

  • 2-5 years of professional field marketing/communication/sales experience.

  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).

  • Understanding of K-12 and College academic needs and challenges.

  • Public speaking capability to effectively communicate and present to small and large audiences.

  • Passion for education and a desire to contribute to a positive social impact-driven mission.

  • Highly organized with strong work ethics.

  • Team player with the ability to work independently.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Email, Social Media Platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn), etc.

Compensation:

  • Full-Time Compensation: 50K-80K+   (Base Salary with Bonus Incentives). Full-Time Benefits: Paid holidays, sick and vacation days, health benefits/financial supplement, retirement plan.

  • Part-Time Position available: 10-30 hours per week, Hourly pay $20-$25 per hour + Bonus.
